The Beach House, Batemans Bay United States

Features include a very large spa bath, combustion fire, CD/ TV/DVD/VCR, tape/radio, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A second bathroom and toilet is downstairs. There are electric blankets in the colder months and it is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen as well as toys, games, videos, books and toys for the beach. A picnic basket with a thermos and esky is provided. A cot and high chair is available on request at no charge. There is a wood burning BBQ out the back (wood provided). Linen is available on request or bring your own.

There is a pet friendly beach at the end of the street and we welcome most dogs on the condition that they are house trained, treated for fleas, are kept well groomed and free of sand and are kept off the furniture. The property is not fenced which can restrict the size of dog we may accept. A $10 fee and small bond per dog is also required as they are allowed inside. The bond is fully refundable provided there is no damage or additional cleaning.
